Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026
WorksheetsForAll.com ("we," "us," "our," or the "Site") provides free, printable educational worksheets to parents, teachers, and caregivers around the world. We built this Site on a simple principle: great learning materials should be free and accessible to everyone โ and that includes being free of the kind of invasive data collection common on the modern web. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain terms, what limited information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not require you to create an account, register, log in, or provide any personal information to browse, search, view, or print worksheets on this Site. We do not ask for your name, email address, physical address, phone number, payment details, or any other information that could identify you personally, and we have no mechanism on the Site for you to submit any such information to us in the first place.
2. Information We Do Collect
To understand how the Site is used and to measure whether our (limited) marketing efforts are effective, we collect anonymized, aggregate usage data through Google Analytics (GA4), including:
- Pageviews and general navigation patterns (e.g., which age groups, subjects, and topics are most viewed)
- Print/download activity โ when a worksheet is printed, so we can measure genuine usage rather than just a passing pageview
- General traffic-source information, including whether a visit originated from a marketing campaign on a platform such as Pinterest or Meta (Facebook/Instagram), via anonymized campaign-tracking parameters (UTM tags) attached to the links we share on those platforms
- Coarse technical information automatically provided by your browser (such as browser type, device type, and approximate, city/region-level location derived from IP address) โ the kind of information collected by virtually every website, and never linked back to an individual person by us
All of this data is aggregated and anonymized for the purpose of measuring traffic and marketing performance. We do not build individual profiles of visitors, we do not attempt to identify who you are, and we do not use this data for individual ad retargeting.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Google Analytics may set anonymized, pseudonymous identifiers (cookies) in your browser solely to distinguish aggregate visit patterns โ for example, to avoid over-counting the same visitor as many separate visitors. These identifiers are not used to determine your real-world identity. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser's privacy settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, without losing access to any part of the Site โ every worksheet remains fully free and printable either way.
4. Marketing & Advertising Partners
We share worksheets and site links on Pinterest and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) as part of our marketing efforts, and we use anonymized, aggregate campaign-attribution data (again, via UTM tags visible in the URL, not personal data) to understand which content resonates. For reference and transparency, our associated advertising-platform identifiers are:
- Pinterest App ID: 1596327
- Meta (Facebook) App ID: 1686587592960928
These platforms operate under their own privacy policies, which govern any data they independently collect when you interact with their services directly: Pinterest's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy. We also use Google Analytics, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Children's Privacy
WorksheetsForAll.com is intended to be used by parents, teachers, and other adult caregivers on behalf of children โ not directly by children submitting information to us, since the Site has no forms, accounts, or submission mechanisms of any kind. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, or from anyone, through this Site.
6. How We Use This Information
We use the anonymized, aggregate data described above only to: understand which worksheets and topics are most useful so we can create more of what helps; measure whether marketing campaigns on Pinterest and Meta are actually reaching people who use the Site; and keep the Site fast, reliable, and free. We do not sell, rent, or trade any data to third parties, and we have nothing to sell โ this Site carries no advertising to visitors and no data broker relationships.
7. Data Retention
Anonymized analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings and is never combined with any personally identifying information, because we don't collect any.
8. Your Choices
Because we collect no personal information, there is no personal profile of you to access, correct, or delete. If you'd still like to opt out of anonymized analytics entirely, you can: disable cookies in your browser settings, use a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on linked above. None of these choices affect your ability to use any part of the Site.
9. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes โ for example, if we ever introduce a new feature that collects additional information โ we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page occasionally, though given the Site's design, we don't expect substantial changes.
